Bilge Makine has started metal processing and pad printing machineries in İstanbul in 1986 under the name of VARMAK by mechanical engineer Fikret Varol. Starting with PVC profile production in 1994 with the name Dicle Plastik, Bilge Makine continues to manufacture to this day. Bilge Machinery Moulding Industry and Trading Company is still manufacturing machines in Gebze Dilovası IMES Organize Sanayi.
